Update: It takes a little work but, thanks to Irma and Heather, we were able to get things worked out. So far, so good. The enrollment was fast and easy. We'll see how the service rates.

If you're facing a hardship and are concerned about making your payment on time, contact us before your due date. Abundance works with customers on a case-by-case basis when circumstances make timely payment difficult. Reaching out early gives us the most flexibility to help.
Texas also has several state-administered assistance programs for qualifying customers, including LITE-UP Texas, which provides bill payment assistance for low-income residential customers during summer months, and CEAP (Customer Energy Assistance Program), administered through local community action agencies. These programs are separate from Abundance but we can help point you toward them.
The worst outcome is a disconnection that could have been avoided. If your account is approaching a past-due situation, call (833) 495-0127. We would rather have the conversation than have you go without power.

Switched in March. First bill: exactly what they quoted. Second bill: same. Third bill: same. After two providers that pulled the rate-hike trick on me, this is what I was looking for.
It was extremely easy to sign up. I am looking forward to becoming a life long customer.
